In this lesson of managing classes I have been learned who to hava the eye contact, gestuare and te voice, it is important to establishing good rapport with the students. Also the voice should change natuarrly according to the circustances.
Groupworking has pros and cons like pair- work, it can visibly increse students talking time and student interaction but sometimes is very noisy.
It is important to organise the position of the students and yourself, the classroom need to have space, good tables, age of students, nationality etc; sometimes working in circles and horseshoes can becomes far more intimidate than have a space room.
Finally I think its important the balance between teacher and student, TTT and Stt largely depends on the type of lesson, the activity and the level of the students, the teacher needs to presenting, cheking, modelling , providing language imput, giving instructions in the different activities.
