In the first lesson I watched, it is very apparent that the teacher is ineffective in doing his job. He shows to be rude and very impolite to the students, showing a lack of interest in teaching. His lesson follows no structure and his methods prove to be intimidating and confusing to the students, which does not garner the best results from them. In the second video, the teacher follows a structured lesson plan. He arrives early with an enthusiastic and playful attitude that is well-received by the students. He calls them by name and creates good rapport for further discussion in class. It is clear from both videos it is apparent that the mood and intentions of the teacher have an impact on the students.
