In this unit I lerned about equiptment and teaching aids, many different teaching can be used to make lessons more interesting, effective and less dependent on the textbook.
The resources often found in classrooms and study centers:

Overhead Projector.- Projectors are useful for showing pre-prepared overhead transparences or as an alternative to the board. it can focuses in the student attention, can be prepared in advance and help the teacher avoid having his/her bak to the students while doing board,allowing the teacher to reveal information gradually, they are a perfect tool for feedback after written exercises.
Visual AIDS.- The most common are real objects, pictures and photos, they are often used to ilustrate meaning more quickly and effectively that verbal explanation, They can bring the outside world into the classroom, they attract attention and help with memory process.
Worksheets and work cards.- they are useful in the following situations with cue materials, role-play, can be used for reading and grammar exercises, cards for new vocabulary.
The cassette recorder.- Before you start the lesson make sure taht you are familiar with the machine,make sure with the apropiate volume level in the classroom, how long does it take to rewind the tape cack to the start point.
Videos and DVDS.- For effective use of video in the classroom, the monitor heeds to be big enough and located in the correct place so that all students can see it cearly.
Videos can be used for many things, presenting information, given background to a topic, varios forms of dialogues and iteractions.
Video Camara.- Extremely useful in the classroom.
Dictionaries.- It is probably the single most useful tool availabe to students,a good dictionary will not only help students look up meaning pronuncation and usage, but should also help students produce language.
