I found this unit super helpful because it gives me a preliminary guide to go off of. I have prepared class lectures but never an actual lesion plan, the purpose and usage of the two are totally different. Lesson plans should have engaging parts vs lectures are more of a review session of the homework or topic at hand – there is not much student teacher interaction as there is an overall guide of what should be learned.
