This unit is about testing and evaluating for English proficiency. There are many types of tests and evaluations offered to students. I never realized how many tests are available and for what purpose they are given. I like to give a diagnostic test at the beginning of the year to my students for history to see what knowledge they have retained. This really helps me with planning my future lessons. I can then spend more time on content they don't know.
