The difference3s between these two classes were very startling. The approach that was taken during the first video was a complete 180 from the approach that was taken from the second video. The first video showed the teacher as a very unorganised and confusing, be3cause he really did not inform the class about the grammar point that he w3as trying to illicit from them and they sat there and they were confused for majority of the class. His peaking was very rushed and there was genuinely no way that the students would understand him. His demeanor was completely different in the second video, because he knew his students names and built rapport by joking with them and actually having a grammar point that they could build on. It was refreshing to watch the students respond to his organizational style and his ability.
