As a teacher, managing the study phase will be the most difficult. Students will demonstrate their different levels of understanding during the Engage phase, but the Study phase is when I would like all of them to reach the same level. The lesson plan will have to offer students of different levels, a variety of options to approach the material. I believe providing 2-3 options during the study phase with worksheets approaching the material from different perspectives will help solidify a student's understanding. This will ensure students can operate on the same level of understanding when they arrive at the Activate phase and have to work on a project with others.
