This unit is interesting also, I have found out the remedy for the most common teaching issues .i.e. discipline maintenance. There are many more issues which teacher can face while teaching the students. especially adult students are a bit difficult category to deal with. I have found out the ways of managing discipline problems and how to avoid any panic and uncertainty during class.Also how to manage stt and ttt so that anybody and speak and share their views and ideas. The section on setting arrangement was also amazing.
