In this unit I have observed through a couple of videos how does an effective and an ineffective teacher manage a class, and how great its the impact of his attitude on the students. As one can see, in the first video the teacher cannot elicit any language from the students and he looks grumpy, that complicates the students learning process incredibly.
Meanwhile in the second video, the teacher controls the class by means of politeness, patience, smiles and a very enthusiastic attitude. In this second video he instructs the students thoroughly by making always examples before the task, with all that positive energy, sense of humor and encouraging, he ends up building rapport in the class.
