In this Unit I learned about the actual teaching in the class, its weaknesses, teacher's errors, strong points, effectiveness. Comparing the two videos I was able to find the differences and distinguish weak and strong points. Also, video #2 provided a good example of the correct approach to teaching in class. However, the timing for each phase that teacher used in the class could be changed so that greater attention would be payed to the active phase. Its the end of the lesson, instead of scrambling and finishing it very fast, the teacher could initiate a short overall discussion and over view of the lesson.
