The ESA Demonstration Class helping me to see what type of good teacher suppose to be. When I watched the video, I act like I am one of the student. It is so much differences ways of the teacher teach between first and second video. The Teacher in second video is so great, The Attitude is Amazing, The way He explain is calm and clear. The engage phase is amazing, it is really help the student to be able to continue to the next stage of learning and clearly understand whole lesson phase.
