The content in Unit 14 (Course Books and Lesson Materials) appreciates the fact that a good teacher must be balanced. The teacher should not discredit or become wholly dependent on solely just course book or authentic material. One must be able to take what's relevant and beneficial from both categories, and utilize them for the benefit of the pupils. Allow room for flexibility, and not become complacent in rigidity.
