Unit 6 focused on the 4 past tenses (simple, continuous, perfect, and perfect continuous. It also provided a helpful summary of each of the four tense types whether they are past, present, or future:
All continuous forms feature the verb “to be” plus the ‘ing’ form of the verb.
All perfect forms feature the verb ‘to have’ plus the past participle form of the verb.
All perfect continuous forms feature the verb ‘to have’ plus been, plus the ‘ing’ form of the verb.
