This unit was incredibly helpful to go over the specifics of the different aspects of the English language we will be presented with. I especially appreciated the different factors that must go into the selecting of vocab but more importantly, the difficulties that the students may have with learning vocab. Also, the language functions section seemed extremely important for me to ensure the students would be able to truly communicate well in an English-speaking country.
