By examining the future tense throughout this unit, I learnt the major differences between future simple, future continuous, future perfect and future perfect continuous. This unit also brought to the fore is confusing the going to future (be going + infinitive) can be when taking into consideration the present continuous tense. Now I am more aware that the be going to structure is always followed by a verb.
