Not knowing the steps or the reason people might want to learn another language, this was interesting. It makes sense the different levels of learning and how different cultures learn different ways, your example of Asian countries being more serious, in a Latin American areas are a little more upbeat and energetic. Knowing how to feel the students in the room will with how to be the best teacher i can be. It also helps me get the basics of how to govern myself, when to step in and when to back up. I'm looking forward to learning more.
