The current unit's main topic is how to manage the classroom, and how to organize it. This chapter focused on what the teacher should do, and how it should certain aspect of the lessons should be dealt with. It was interesting to read about establishing rapport with students on paper, since it's something we all experienced, as students or teachers, but never really thought about the depth and psychology behind it.
