This unit is helpful in explaining that student in the classroom have different paces of learning and some may be progressing more quickly than others- causing the teacher to need to need to come up with different activities that suit both groups of people so that they both can continue to learn at their own speeds. It also addresses other problems such as shy students who do not want to participate in class and other students whose strength may not be centered around listening texts and how to coach these students and ive them extra help.
