Again, the most important things that came across to me during this Unit are that flexibility and adaptation are two of the most important skills to develop. Being able to note and use opportunities and to be able to adapt lesson material to student situations and interest/relevance. Along with this also to be able to match the language/learning levels of ALL the students at the same time to keep class participation high and achieve the required outcomes. I look forward to these experiences.
