In this unit I learned that communication between people is a very complex and always changing thing.
I also learned the difference between accuracy and fluency activities and how they both are equally important in a class. Then I learned techniques to encourage interaction in class that will help me in the future as a useful tool in organizing classes where students will always be positive and happy.
