I have been an English techer in an English institution school for more than two years. Why I choose the job is because that I wanna be a teacher that can have a more creative ideas in class. I think a little difference between teachers in public school and institution school is how deeply the teacher relay on the course book. And every coin has two sides. Suitable use of course will ensure that you have a logical syllabus and the target language point are sutable for the graded students, but in some way, it's easy for teacher to lose the balance of focusing on the specific class needs and students' interests. And also it becomes harder to figure out students' perticular problem.
