In this unit I have learned how to organize the seats in a class and its distinct modalities to accomplish the desired effect in the class acting according to the class circumstances (for example the size of the class). I have learned as well when should the teacher talk and when it is not appropriate or effective. The same can be applied to when should the teacher be standing and when should back off.
On the other hand I am now much more aware of how to deal with bad behavior and what causes it.
Finally I have touched upon on the topics of discipline.in the class, on board writting,on how to and how not to build rapport and how to give instructions and individual attention (how to address the students).
