This section demonstrated the importance of lesson planning. I have had past experiences when I was unable to plan lessons and this made the class flow very "choppy". The students definitely are aware of when the instructor is unprepared for a lesson so this unit really gave great tips on how to effectively plan and implement a lesson plan. Additionally, using the straight arrow ESA method is very be beneficial and helps to break down the lesson activities to ensure a mixture of lesson tools are used.
