This type of unit is extremely needed to realise what nine previous ones are about. Having analysed and compared two videos I got aware of lesson managing and arranging techniques and principles, along with the the template of what a good and productive lesson must be like (video 2). According to the video it is seen that the students' participation and involvement depends directly on a teacher's attitude and readiness for the lesson.
