In unit one, the learner's attention was directed to some of the expected roles on a teacher in the classroom. The importance of each role was highlighted and importance of switching to the correct role at the correct time. The learner also received deeper understanding on the different grading levels for English learners. It is important for the correct assessment to be made in order to start at the right level when dealing with the different learners.
