The content of this unit is really necessary for teaching, because a teacher needs to know how to organize a classroom itself and the students in it at first. It effects learning mostly. Also a teacher needs to know how to maintain discipline problems in the classes. It can be sometimes the major problem for the teacher at some schools. It is useful for me to know how to arrange my class and students according to different activities or needs.
