In this lesson we were made to understand that a teacher can be faced with certain challenges such as
-New group(usually made up of students who not know themselves not have any idea of EFL methodology).
-Existing group(usually about students who are familiar with EFL Methodology and themselves).
Certain activities can be initiated to help rapports.
A teacher can use
1-questioners/surveys.
2-Tell us about games
3-pass the ball games
4-needs analysis.
Further more,WARMERS are also a good way of starting up a fresh lesson.
Some warmers include
Hangman
Pictionary
Tongue twisters
Memory games.
Other challenges that were spelt out with the solutions include
