The unit is all about one among the most important aspects of learning and teaching process; classroom management. This is because however and whatever you know, it is very difficult to deliver education if you cannot manage the classroom. Coming to what I fee I have learnt, I a lot to say,however I will mention some. Eye contact will and gestures and how to use voice to be for you and not against you. if you want to really deliver a lesson you cannot avoid eye contact. The prose and coins of grouping students and how to be conducted to be effective to the extent. As to put the salt to the wound, class arrangements will be always appreciated due to the benefits I got. I also learnt how to occupy the board effectively. Not only that, but also how long should the teacher talk in the class in order not affect students performance. Most of all how to maintain discipline in the classroom was among the part which not only did I learnt but also inspired me a lot, especially, when I was learning how to deal with discipline issues. This is the least i could mention from the sea of knowledge I learnt from this unit.
