This unit spoke specifically about the ways to manage a class, from arranging seating to establishing rapport with the students. The unit provided several useful was in which to arrange a classroom, and I particularly found the information on how to manage writing on a white board useful. It is easy to keep your back to the class while writing, but it separates you from your students, breaking the concentration of the class and causing a situation where you need to reestablish the class (depending on how long you have your back to them). This is something I definitely need to work on.
