When written the tasks given on at the end of the unit, I tried to recall all the information I read from the unit and answered all the questions without even looking at the notes. The most I ignored are the elements which influce on the learning results of students with different ages, culture background, life experience and former learning experience, etc. After teaching a few years, we simply forgot the improtance of caring students. Instead, I cared more about teaching methods and so on. I really have refleted a lot after this unit.
