This lesson emboldened the impact that the teacher's attitude has in the classroom. When a teacher enters the classroom with a monotone voice and a snobby attitude, the students will be greatly impacted and have a decreased chance to excel. In video one, the students are nervous and reserved for fear of being reprimanded by their negative and belittling teacher, whereas the second video shows the students interacting and fully participating in the various activities. When the teacher brings a positive attitude to the atmosphere, the students will feel more at ease to make attempts at the language point without fear of ridicule.
