This unit covered the future tenses, and it certainly proved to be correct when it stated that they are particularly complex and can be quite confusing. This is because in addition to the expected (from previous tensesfuture simple, future perfect, future continuous, and future perfect continuous, it also includes "going to future", present simple, and present continuous. This made for a lot more to keep track of, and I do not envy the English students who have to learn it. I had not really thought about all of the ways to talk about future events before.
