Two video lessons show how teacher's attitude, readiness, organization are important to a successful lesson. In the first video, a teacher was not interested in the lesson and students, he didn't know their names, pointed students with a finger, said "no" and interrupted students if they made mistakes, did not explain grammar aspects and new words. As the result, students were confused. The second lesson is an example of successful one, the teacher was smiling during the whole lesson, he was friendly and kind, it helped students to feel more comfortable. As in the first video, the teacher had a plan of the lesson, but in this case, it worked, students were engaged and ready to study. The teacher was organized, had necessary materials, such as cards, used gestures and other things that helped students to assimilate the new language aspects. In addition, the teacher paid attention on a correct pronunciation except grammar aspects and new words.
