In unit 10, I watched 2 classroom teaching demonstrations. One demonstration was taught correctly, while the other classroom demonstration was taught poorly. In the poorly taught lesson, the teacher was more impatient, admonishing, unhappy, and condescending. In the correctly taught lesson, the teacher was more encouraging, patient, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, and sympathetic. The activities in the poorly taught lesson was confusing for the students because instructions were not clearly given. The most important aspect that I learned is that the attitude of the teacher makes a huge difference.
