Its in how we present ourselves as teachers to the students. the first video the students were confused and a little scared of the teacher. He did not explain well enough for them to understand him. Also when he was speaking in a rushed, loud, and inpatient the students were confused and didn't know how to answer. Where as in the second video he spoke in a more quiet and calm voice which in turn had a positive outcome in the students. they were more willing to participate.
