This unit took on future tenses. It also revisited the present continuous, which had been encompassed in a prior unit, as it can be used to indicate the future. These tense forms will be particularly useful to students so that they can make plans and predictions, both of which are an important part of everyday conversation with peers. Such skills can be especially helpful in job interviews or when socializing. Since the future tense forms will be tricky to teach, I will most likely focus on role-playing activities where the students can gain a better idea of common usage in casual conversation.
