Managing classes can help to keep the classes in a positive environment or negative. Well applied, students feel comfortable and more prone to learn. Also, the teacher feels that the goal of teaching English is getting reached. If we've been English students, probably we've seen some teacher's attitudes that prevented us to improve our English speaking language or that the classes become rather an hour of teacher talking only. I do really like the part of discipline. Especially the part where it says to ask our colleagues for advice. And this is what has happened to me recently. I have a great wide of student ages and I need to know them very well in order to see which measures to apply. Sometimes I'm lack of ideas. Therefore, I need to swallow my pride and ask my teacher colleagues for advice. Also, it can be good to ask the school about their conduct code. This way I can know how to manage the class when there's a naughty student.
