I've learnt that there are actually many roles as teacher that I should be able to act in classes. Teachers should not be just teaching but encouraging students, being a good mode,l tutoring and so on. And also, different students have different reasons or motivations to learn a new language so it's better to know the reasons or motivations of each students as a teacher to encourage them more effectively by mentioning them.
