Unit 20 actually answered some of the questions I have in mind in the past units. It was indeed very helpful that the last unit of this course focused on troubleshooting on the problems that EFL teachers normally encounter like starting first lessons, facilitating warmers, teaching a class with students of varying language levels, dealing with large classes, use of native language, motivating reluctant students, and the different problems with listening texts.
