Class room management is a a very important aspect of being a teacher, it doesn't matter whether a teacher is an introvert or an extrovert. His or her ability to make the class interesting doesn't depend on his or her personality type because, Class room management is just a skill of organizing and managing the class by having a friendly, relaxed manner and being able to maintain discipline. In this lesson, I learned that in as much as I as the teacher has been trained to give out knowledge to my student, I must also be able to give the students their free time to be able to assimilate and implement what they have been taught.
