This unit is about Lesson Planning. The writing of lesson plans is very important in many ways: An aid to planning, A working document, and a record. When we write lesson plans, we should keep them in mind: keep it simple, don't try to script the lesson and keep it flexible. I learned that before I teach classes, I should make full preparations. I should make sure I have lesson plans, check that the equipment works, and be ready to chat tl the students as they come into class. Besides, a good lesson plan should include learner objectives, personal aims, language point, teaching aids, anticipated problems, procedure, ESA phase, timing, interaction, class level, number of students, date/time and teacher's and observer's names.
