In this unit, I learned about teachers and students. With the teachers, I learned specifically the teacher's role, what makes a good teacher, and how to apply each role to a particular situation. For the student side of things, I learned what makes a good learner, the motivations a learner has, and the different nuances that make each learner unique. This unit opened my eyes to how there are a wealth of reasons a student is there to learn and that can greatly change the techniques that a teacher should use.
