Well,We could see how important is good planning and smooth execution as well as teacher's attitude.
In the first video we saw a teacher who was not motivated,did not care students'comfort ,He looked as
though He was improvising the lesson ,and did not make any effort to engage the participants.
Later,in the second class,He smiled,introduce himself,involved students in saying their names and broke the "ice" effectively; Thanksto that,He could run the class more smoothly and people were at ease;
still ,I think, the class was teacher-centered perhaps due to beginner level of learners.
