Concerning this unit one of biggest issues teaching this language is finding ways to teach the tenses not overwhelming the students with details which are not connected to the target language being taught. Students tend to only use the simple present in conversation for it is the easiest tense there is. Working on the universal understanding drawn from the students'experience may assess deeper issues that they come across learning the langugge.
