I have learnt that a good teacher needs to know how to interact with their Learners to keep them interested in the lesson , to make the student feel good about himself and encourage but not spoon feed him so he will keep wanting to learn and participate in the Lesson.
A good teacher also needs to be able to assess the Learners ability so as not to over whelm them with too much information at once.
The class should be interesting and varied with interaction on the pupils part as well as the teacher taking charge when necessary.
