This unit describes the forms and usages of common future tenses such as future simple, future continuous, future perfect, future perfect continuous and 'going to' future tenses and also present tenses with future applications such as present simple and present continuous. It gives exemplary sentences to show the structure and usage of each future tense. It also provides common mistakes learners usually make when using these tenses and teaching ideas that can be used during the activate stage to help students practice.
What I have learned from this lesson are the differences in usage amongst the future tenses especially between future simple and 'going to' future.
