Unit three had a lot to absorb, but it is fun to notice that I am already using what I've learned about teachers and learners and how the methods relate to each. The methods covered were very interesting and I could see how some would be easier for me to implement as a teacher. I appreciated learning the positives and negatives of each. ESA is an exciting approach to teaching. I can see how it will really help the flow of classroom instruction. There were many ideas given for each part. I will be returning to that section for ideas time after time. At the end of the lesson, the section on feedback and correction made me think about how I need to be careful in the way I approach correcting a student.
