It has been another eye-opening chapter about classroom arrangement, establishing and maintaining rapport, increasing students' absorption of language through pairing and other seating arrangements. It gives me more confidence as a new teacher and makes me feel like I am qualified already. I have learnt that teaching is not just about standing in front of students while holding a book and a piece of chalk. It is way more than that. I appreciate knowing this.
