I know that with teaching and coaching, there is no one best way of doing it and this unit identifies that we need to have knowledge of many different ways and adapt our techniques according to our students' needs. The unit has started to give us some ways of achieving this. As the course grows and we are supplied with a number of teaching techniques and ways of facilitating our lessons, it will be useful at this early stage to document and record this information for later use.
