This unit talks about the qualities of a good teacher, the role of a teacher in the life of the learners and the responsibilities of both the teachers and students in classroom. In this unit I have learnt that motivation is very important for students to achieve success so a teacher has to ensure that lessons are enjoyable, interesting and useful to motivate students because a motivated students has greater level of success. The relationship between learners and teachers is also very important because a good, caring and motivated teacher will produce successful students.
